Congratulations to Kobe Kahny the recipient of the 2023 Sich Family Post Secondary Scholarship. Kobe is a 2023 graduate of East Central High School and is planning to attend the University of Cincinnati majoring in Exercise Science. Kobe shared that he has chosen athletic training as his career goal, because living with spina bifida he understand the recovery process that athletes must endure. Kobe was the manager of the East Central football team for many years and is hoping to return to local athletics following his graduation as an Athletic Trainer. Kobe is the son of Justin and Jessica Kahny. The Post-Secondary Scholarships are awarded through the generosity of George and Roberta Sich in memory of their daughter, Stephanie.
