Welcome New Board Members

Welcome New Board Members
SBCC welcomes two new members to our Board of Directors.

Kelly Johnson is an adult living with spina bifida and a regular attendee at our monthly adult dinner club.  She lives at Mallard Cove Senior Living in Sharonville where she is very active with painting, crafts, learning to play the dulcimer, and dancing.  She is also a longtime member of Toastmasters International, a public speaking and leadership development club that meets twice a month. Kelly brings a unique skill set and experience to the Board of Directors…be sure to say “hello” to Kelly at the Walk & Roll.

Jimmi Byington is the partner of our former Board Chair, Rocky Byington.  Jimmi lives in Mason, Ohio and is employed as an Executive Administrator at Macy’s while also a sales consultant for Pampered Chef.  As the spouse of someone affected by spina bifida, he brings a different perspective to the Board of Directors and lots of energy and ideas.
Board members serve a three-year term where they focus on our success in meeting the SBCC organizational mission and vision, develop strategic plans, provide budget oversight, recommend and set policy, and review and revise the Coalition’s organizational structure. Contact Rhonda for more information if you, or someone you know, is interested in serving as a Board member. Other members include, Chair, Beth Crenshaw, John Munnis, Jr., Jesse Jenike-Godshalk, David Hackworth, Dr. Karin Bierbrauer, David Albert, Pam Wendel, and Jill Fealko, esq.
