The second session of our NOURISH healthy nutrition class, registered dietitian, Kayla Hansmann, MS, RD, CLC, will teach us the essentials of low-calorie meal planning. Then Chef Meg will prepare a menu of Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken served with a whole wheat tortilla, mixed greens, and brown rice. Yum! You must be pre-registered for this class, but video recordings will be available on our YouTube channel after the session.
