In this third session of our NOURISH healthy nutrition class, we will learn why fiber is so important in maintaining a healthy weight and bowel motility. Chef Meg will show us how to make a delicious, fiber-rich meal of watercress and spring pea soup and herbed bulgur and lentil salad with grilled chicken. You must be pre-registered for this class, but video recordings will be available on our YouTube channel after the session.
